After searching and finding a proper place to establish the masjid, we negotiated and agreed with the owner of the property on signing a 3 year lease. $15,000 for the first year rent and $18,000 for each of the remaining 2 years. We successfully paid 1 year in full. Alhamdulillah

PHASE 1 GOAL OF SECURING A BUILDING AND PAYING THE FIRST YEAR IS COMPLETE.

OUR CURRENT GOAL IS $23,000 TO PAY THE NEXT YEAR RENT/UTILITIES.

PHASE 3 GOAL WILL BE $23,000 TO PAY THE 3RD YEAR RENT/UTILITIES.

Other expenses include: Utilities (water, electric, gas), masjid carpet, installing a women's bathroom and wudu area, outdoor sign. If you would like to donate to anything specific please make note in your donation.
